I am a mother and really proud of my two sons who inspired me to seek myself and let go of whatever is not true or limiting in me. Ever since I was a child I intuitively knew that it was more in this world than what is commonly seen. I grew up without knowing what religion is, although I was baptised as orthodox, but having frequent mystical experiences that I absolutely loved… and I still do.
Meditation is my favorite thing to do and I firmey believe that the world can be changed by sitting under a tree, just like Buddha did. I discovered meditation on my own and, from the very beginning, the door to another kind of knowledge has opened. I started teaching meditation based on my own experiences and I also use meditation frequently in my work and my life.
Presentely, my focus is finding or creating a community where I can take my family and live the way I believe life should be lived: with joy, love, passion and self-honesty. A social environment that fosters personal growth for becoming better humans, individual freedom and where all children are brought up and educated in this spirit; where people are helping each other in many ways and where they all live in total awareness of themselves, of the natural environment that sustains them and in complete alignment with the universe's rythms.
